This may be additional time as a complement to your training plan support, or consultation not related to a training plan. It can be about helping you to structure your own training and fit it in with your lifestyle, answering specific race preparation or race strategy questions, understanding race nutrition, get a customised kit list or simply getting some motivation and support. It is entirely up to you. We can connect via Skype, FaceTime or Phone.
