Training Plans and Prices

A minimum commitment of 8 weeks is required for new clients. After this it is possible to pay 4-weekly or monthly. For the small-print and further detail, please see Terms & Conditions. Setup is required for all plans due to their bespoke nature. In the setup you fill in a questionnaire and we have the necessary conversations and correspondence to ensure the plan will meet your needs and suit your schedule and preferences. You only pay setup once, unless you take a break of 6+ months from the coaching in which case a new setup may be required.
Bronze: 12-week plan (£450)
This is the most basic option and suitable if you prefer to be self-sufficient with minimal support. With this option I deliver a completely bespoke 12-week plan in one go. The plan needs to be paid for in full in advance. Throughout the plan you have regular e-mail support and should something unexpected happen I will change your plan once without extra charge. You can complement the plan with Skype / call support as per my normal price list for consultations.
Silver: Flexible Plan with 4-weekly Skype / Calls (£185 per 4 weeks)
With this option I deliver a completely bespoke plan to you, typically in blocks of 4 weeks. Before every new block we have a call to review your progress and plan the next phase. You also get twice weekly e-mails with this option. This would be suitable if you are happy to be reasonably self-sufficient but would like regular guidance, questions answered and the benefits of a more flexible plan (see table below).
Gold: Flexible Plan with fortnightly Skype / Calls (£279 per 4 weeks)
With this option I deliver a completely bespoke plan to you, typically in blocks of 4 weeks. Before every new block we have a call to review your progress and plan the next phase and additional calls are available to monitor progress more closely. You also get up to four weekly e-mails answered with this option. Unlimited changes ensure that you will always have the right plan for you should anything happen that alters your ability to follow the original plan. More frequent guidance and the benefits of a completely flexible plan will help you stay on track.
VIP: Flexible plan with unlimited priority support and extras (£499 per 4 weeks)
This option includes a completely bespoke plan, typically delivered in blocks of 4 weeks. Before every new block we have a call to review your progress and plan the next phase. Additional unlimited calls and e-mails are available as you need them to monitor progress closely or answer any other questions you may have about your training or your upcoming race. Unlimited changes ensure that you will always have the right plan for you if things get in the way, be it work commitments, travel, injury or other things. As a VIP client you get unlimited access to my experience and expertise in order to prepare for every aspect of your upcoming race, such as clothing choices, equipment, nutrition, race strategy, blister prevention, mental challenges, acclimatisation or anything else.

Preferred payment for these services is via BACS to UK bank account but cards can be accommodated for up to 8-weekly payments. Available start dates (typically a plan starts on a Monday) will vary but please allow 1-3 weeks.
