Terms and Conditions
UltraCoach Ltd — Elisabet Barnes
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to all coaching services provided by UltraCoach Ltd. By submitting an intake form or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Payments and Refunds
MDS and multi-stage race coaching require a minimum commitment of a five-month prepaid block. Packages are paid in full at the start of the engagement and are non-refundable. This reflects the nature of the commitment on both sides — when you commit to a preparation block, I commit to you.
Ongoing monthly coaching is available without a minimum commitment and is billed monthly. Monthly coaching clients may end their engagement with one week's notice. No refund is due for any month already in progress at the point of notice.
If you need to stop coaching before the end of your package, you may pause for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months, with a minimum of one week's notice. During a pause, all coaching contact stops and your TrainingPeaks Premium account (if coach paid) is reset to Basic. When you return, coaching resumes for the remaining time in your package.
If UltraCoach Ltd cancels coaching for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any unused portion of your package, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Resources and Intellectual Property
Any resources provided during coaching — including but not limited to nutrition guides, kit lists, race food templates, training plans, and recorded webinars — are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, repurposed for commercial use, or distributed to third parties in any form.
Coaching Support and Communication
The scope of coaching support — including call frequency and between-session communication — is as described on the UltraCoach Ltd website for your chosen way of working together. This is flexible within reason and adapted to your individual preparation needs.
Significantly higher support requirements than those described may require discussion and, where appropriate, additional charges. This will always be agreed in advance.
Injury and Health
UltraCoach Ltd is not responsible for injuries that occur during training or racing. Training load and progression are always planned with your safety and long-term well-being in mind, but injury is an inherent risk in endurance sport.
You commit to keeping me promptly informed of anything that could indicate the beginning of injury or excessive fatigue — including but not limited to aches, pains, unusual sensations, persistent tiredness, or loss of motivation. Early communication allows us to adjust your training before small issues become significant ones.
If you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns at the point of starting coaching, you agree to disclose these at the outset.
Race Participation
UltraCoach Ltd is not responsible for race results, time penalties, other penalties, equipment failure, or nutritional problems during racing. Guidance is always provided with your best interest in mind, but race participation — including compliance with race rules and regulations, equipment choices, clothing, footwear, and race execution — is your full responsibility.
General
These terms constitute the full agreement between you and UltraCoach Ltd in respect of coaching services. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
UltraCoach Ltd reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at ultra.coach/terms.
